Old Toy Soldier is proud to offer the Toy Soldier Collection of the
late Clifford H. Hansen.
Mr. Hansen, 88 died in 2006. His will stipulated that his entire estate,
including his Toy Soldier collection, be donated to the Oklahoma Medical
Research Foundations (OMRF).
Mr. Hansen was a veteran of World War II and served with distinction being
awarded a Silver Star, a Bronze Star and the coveted Purple Heart for bravery
on the battlefield.
The Oklahoma Medical Foundation, will be the recipient of the proceeds of Mr.
Hansens's Toy Soldier Collection.
OMRF is an
indendent, non profi biomedical research institute dedicated
to understanding and developing more effective treatments for
human disease, with a focus on critical research areas
including Alzheimer's disease, cancer, lupus and
cardiovascular disease.
