Carousel has a Small Plane that Spins on Top of a Tower displaying Germany’s National Emblem. Marked: Rolf and Co, Berlin on Underside of Base. Measures 12 inches Tall. 1 Piece. Condition Very Good. Tower Damaged at Base. Possibly missing parts. No Box.
