Invoicing & Payment

LiveAuctioneer bidders will be emailed an invoice by the Wednesday after the sale. Absentee and Phone bidders will be mailed a paper invoice within one week of the sale. You will receive an invoice for each day of the sale that you were successful. In the event that you bid online in addition to leaving Absentee or Phone bids you will receive separate invoices for each method of bidding. You may combine all invoices when making payment.

Shipping

Old Toy Soldier Auctions USA provides in house shipping. Our packers specialize in shipping old toy soldiers. We are rated in the top 1% of auction houses on Liveauctioneers. Our priority is to insure the items are properly packed to avoid damage.
Shipping rates and packing materials have increased dramatically across the U.S. and the world.

Domestic Shipping

Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. If you have a preference, please note when making payment. A fee of $15 per lot will be charged for shipping and handling. Insurance is included for total orders under $500. Total orders over $500 will require additional insurance at a rate of $3 per $100. Large and/or heavy lots may incur additional postage.

Foreign Shipping

Due to extremely poor service via local postal delivery, items will no longer be shipped by USPS. Items will ship via UPS. A $75 minimum for any and all orders, excluding Canada ($50). Additional lots will incur a $20 per lot charge. Total orders over $500 will require additional insurance at a rate of $5 per $100.
